Explore your creative potential and your capacity to be mindful at the Mindful Art Studio.
A regular, open, drop-in space in the heart of London and Brighton. An opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness and art making practices and to connect with others.
Each session includes a guided mindfulness meditation and exploration with materials. You will be creating alongside others in a safe, non-judgemental space. You will be given guidance on how to respond to the 'thinking' mind in meditation, becoming embodied and cultivating self-compassion. All art materials are provided. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
You can attend if you are a beginner to mindfulness/art making, or more experienced. All art materials are provided.
