Resourcing and connecting during this pandemic
- A series of art therapy and mindfulness workshops, online via Zoom.
- Attend the whole series or drop-in to one or more.
These workshops are intended as a supportive space during the pandemic, as a way to be with and respond to challenges and stressors that you may be experiencing. Each session will includes a guided mindfulness practice and guided art making. Open to all levels experience. Please bring art materials to the session.
Cultivating Resilience
10 – 12 am Sunday 1st November 2020
How we can we cultivate resilience to support ourselves during the pandemic? This will be explored through guided art making, mindfulness meditation and group sharing.
Bearing Witness
10 – 12 am on Sunday 13th December 2020
How can we witness and respond to the challenges we face as individuals and as a collective? This will be explored through guided art making, mindfulness meditation and group sharing.
Renew and nourish
10 – 12 am Sunday 10th January 2021
How can we invite renewal and nourishment at the transition of the new year? This will be explored through guided art making, mindfulness meditation and group sharing.
Self-Compassion
10 – 12 am Sunday 7th February
How can we offer compassion and care to ourselves? This will be explored through guided art making, mindfulness meditation and group sharing.
Facilitator: Nicky Roland, Art Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher.
