We offer Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy (MBAT), Art Therapy, and Mindfulness Sessions, for groups and individuals. Group sessions are held in central London and central Brighton. Individual sessions are face-to-face or via Skype.  Sessions are suitable for adults, including those who have experienced mental health challenges
